PRODUCTS & INGREDIENTS

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every product is handcrafted in small batches by Lauren, the founder of Apricus Haus. This includes blending, bottling, labeling, and packaging — all done by hand with care and attention to detail.

What ingredients do you use?

We use mostly organic carrier oils, organic sugarcane alcohol in sprays, high-quality essential oils, plant extracts, and simple, natural non-toxic ingredients. No synthetic fragrances, artificial colors, parabens, or phthalates.

Are your products natural?

Yes — our entire line is made with naturally derived ingredients. We never use synthetic fragrances or petroleum-based fillers.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Many customers with sensitive skin love our products, but natural ingredients can still cause reactions. Please patch test first and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Why do some products vary slightly in scent or color?

All Apricus Haus creations are small-batch and natural. Slight variations in scent strength, clarity, or color are normal and part of the handmade process.

Do your sprays contain alcohol?

Yes — we use organic sugarcane alcohol as a natural preservative and to help disperse essential oils. This also gives our sprays a clean, fast-drying finish.

USING THE PRODUCTS

How long will my product last?

Most products last 6–12 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our amber glass bottles help protect them from UV light.

Do I need to shake the sprays?

Yes — because we don’t use synthetic solubilizers, natural settling may occur. A gentle shake before each use is recommended.

Can your products be used on skin and linens?

Yes — our sprays are designed for bedding, pajamas, clothing, air and skin. Oils are formulated for use on skin, but avoid eyes and broken skin.

Are your scents strong?

Our formulas are richly scented with high-quality essential oils. They are designed to be aromatic without being overpowering.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

What is your processing time?

Our current processing time is 3–7 business days.

All products are made and packaged by hand, and this window allows for batching, labeling, and careful quality checks.

Do you offer local delivery?

Coming soon! We plan to offer local delivery within select Buffalo-area ZIP codes (within approx. 30 minutes of Kenmore, NY). Eligible ZIP codes will appear at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

How will I know when my order ships?

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been packaged and shipped.

RETURNS & POLICIES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because of the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and aromatherapy products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

My package says it was delivered but I can’t find it. What do I do?

Please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Once a package is marked delivered, we cannot replace or refund it.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

At this time, we offer small wholesale opportunities upon request. We are always excited to connect with new stockiest.

Not right now, but we may offer seasonal customs in the future.
